Responsible use

This website and its products are intended only for adults aged 18 or over. Always follow the current label and do not exceed its serving guidance. Keep every product secured away from children and animals.

Do not use a product if you cannot confirm its ingredients, strength, legality, or suitability. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take medication, have a medical condition, or have concerns about possible interactions.

Product information

Product names and website availability do not themselves establish legality, regulatory status, or suitability. CBD food products supplied in the UK must meet applicable food, novel-food, labelling, and controlled-drug requirements. Ask for current labelling and supporting information when required.

Recipes, packaging, suppliers, and allergen environments can change. Customers with an allergy or dietary requirement must obtain current confirmation before ordering. Product photography is illustrative and small-batch items can vary in appearance.

Ordering & offline payment

Submitting checkout creates an order request, not an automatic acceptance. We review availability, delivery details, and product questions before confirmation. No card details are collected on this website.

Payment instructions may be sent only after review. Verify that every message comes from contact information published on our contact page and quotes your order reference. Never send passwords, card security codes, or payment to an unverified account.

Delivery & returns

Delivery availability and timing are confirmed per order. Dispatch begins after payment confirmation. Perishable, made-to-order, or opened food products may not be returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Contact support promptly with your order reference and clear photographs if there is a problem.

Do not accept or order a product that cannot lawfully be supplied or delivered to your location. A location mentioned on this website does not imply a physical retail premises.

Privacy

Checkout information is used to review, fulfil, support, and keep a record of your order. Account details are used to provide saved checkout information and order history. Contact-form information is used to respond to your enquiry. We do not collect payment-card details.

If email confirmation is selected, the order details are sent to the supplied email address. If WhatsApp is selected, the customer is sent to WhatsApp with only the order reference prefilled; full order and address details remain in the protected store database.

Account passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. Personal data is stored in the website’s Hostinger MySQL database and is accessible to authorised administrators. We retain account and order records as needed for customer service, legal, accounting, and security purposes. You may contact sale-support@cybervelo.eu to ask about your personal information.
